Сэр Уи́нстон Леона́рд Спе́нсер Че́рчилль — британский политический, государственный и военный деятель, писатель, дважды занимавший пост премьер-министра Соединённого Королевства: с 1940 по 1945 год во время Второй мировой войны и с 1951 по 1955 год. За исключением периода с 1922 по 1924 год, он был членом парламента с 1900 по 1964 год и представлял в общей сложности пять избирательных округов.
