Фра́нклин Дела́но Ру́звельт — американский государственный деятель и политик, занимавший пост 32-го президента Соединённых Штатов с 1933 года до своей смерти в 1945 году. Единственный президент Соединённых Штатов, пробывший на этом посту более двух сроков. Член Демократической партии. Его первые два срока были сосредоточены на борьбе с Великой депрессией, а на третьем и четвёртом сроках он переключил свое внимание на участие Америки во Второй мировой войне. Член семьи Делано и семьи Рузвельтов, после окончания университета Рузвельт начал заниматься юридической практикой в Нью-Йорке.
